5 Days Double Gorilla Tracking Tour - Parc National des Volcans Rwanda

This double gorilla tracking will see you view the gorillas twice, tracking different gorilla families on two different days.

Day 1: Arrival at the airport and transfer to the Hotel in Kigali
On arrival at Kanombe airport in Kigali, you will be received by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel and give you a brief about the tour. Dinner and overnight at Serena Hotel (Luxury)/ The Manor Hotel (Mid Range)/Chez Lando Hotel (Budget).

Day 2: Morning City tour and transfer to Volcanoes national park.
In the morning, you will have a city tour where you will visit the genocide memorial museum, national museum and others. After lunch in the afternoon, you will drive a scenic drive through terraced hills to Volcanoes national park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla view Hotel (luxury)/ La palme Hotel(Mid range)/ Kinigi guest house(Budget).

Day 3: 1st Gorilla Tracking Adventure.
In the morning, you will gather at the park headquarters ready with tracking gear ad packed lunch. After briefing about the dos and don’ts while with the gorillas, set off for the memorable trek of tracking the gorillas. This may take 2-8hours, depending on their movement in the forest. A maximum of one hour will be allowed to stay with the gorillas, but will be exuberating after a muddy and tiresome trek. Return to the hotel for relaxation after the trek. In the afternoon, you may go for nature walk or cultural entertainment by the Banyarwanda. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: 2nd Gorilla Tracking.
On this day, you will go through the same process as the first day of gorilla tracking, but this time you will take a different trail of tracking a different gorilla family. Return back to the hotel for   relaxation. Overnight stay.

Day 5: Departure.
In the morning, you will drive back to Kigali, reaching early enough to catch your departure flight to your next destination.
