Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from Kampala – Lake Mburo & Boat cruise
After an early morning breakfast, Our company guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer to lake Mburo national park with enroute stops at Igongo cultural centre in Mbarara for cultural interaction. Reach Lake Mburo at noon, check in to the lodge and have a hot lunch. In the evening, transfer to lake Mburo for a boat cruise expecting to see a variety of wildlife, water animals and birdlife on the water shores. Expect to see hippo and birds like African Fin foot, Pelicans, Black crake, Heron, cormorant, fish eagle, you may also sight the rare Shoebill Stork.Dinner and overnight at Mihingo lodge.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Transfer to Bwindi national park
After an early morning breakfast, you will have a game drive in the park giving you with spectacular views of wildlife such as zebras, buffalos, uganda kobs and many others browsing in open grasses. Have lunch at the lodge and transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park a home to the highest population of gorillas in the whole world. you will pass via the beautiful highlands of Kigezi reaching in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Bwindi forest lodge/ Mahogany springs/Buhoma lodge.

Day 3: Gorilla Tracking & Community walk
Today you will wake up early and get ready to experience the once in a life time adventure of Gorilla Trekking. You will have a short briefing at the park headquarters before the rangers lead you deep into this thick forest in search for the Gorillas. You will then move up and down the rugged terrain until you finally meet these harmonious creatures that will entertain you with performances for a full hour. Return to your Lodge and afterwards go for a community walk around the Bwindi community, you will meet some of the cultural leaders, meet orphanage groups. Bwindi forest lodge/ Mahogany springs/Buhoma lodge.

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Have an Early breakfast at the lodge and depart for Queen Elizabeth wildlife Park, having an enroute game drive in the Ishasha sector a home to tree climbing lions in the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth national park.Dinner and overnight at Mweya safari lodge, Simba lodge/ Kasenyi safari camp.

Day 5: Game drive and Fantastic launch cruise
Wake up early, have breakfast and go for a morning game drive in the kasenyi plains expecting to see a variety of animals grazing in the open savannahs. The park is a home to herds of elephants, buffalos, hippos, uganda kobs, warthogs, Lions, hyenas, water bucks, bush babies, buffaloes, antelopes and others. You will return to the lodge for rest as you wait for a hot lunch. In the afternoon, drive to kazinga channel for a boat cruise. A boat cruise gives you spectacular views of Hippos, buffalos, elephants, crocodiles and a variety of of bird species. The launch cruise lasts for 2 hours ending at a point where lake George connects to lake Edward. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6: Transfer to Kibale National Park
Have breakfast at your lodge and transfer to Kibale National Park with a game drive en-route. Kibale lies a midst the great mountains of the moon offering you beautiful sceneries. Arrive early for lunch at Chimp nest restaurant, and then proceed for wild chimpanzee tracking in Kibale forest. Expect an encounter with other primates such as primates such as the Mangabeys, colobus monkeys, bush babies, Olive baboons and many more. Dinner and overnight

Day 7: Chimpanzee Tracking
After breakfast, you will head to the Park headquarters at Kanyachu for chimpanzee tracking briefing by the Park Rangers. After this, you will be accompanied by the Ranger Guide into the forest to search for the Chimpanzee which are Man’s closest friends and Cousins. Kibale Forest is not only home to the chimps but also to other 12 species of primates including the red colobus and L’hoests monkeys, Varvet Monkeys, Red Tailed Monkeys, baboons and so on. You will experience how the chimps feed and interact with each other. Return back to your lodge for lunch and in the afternoon set out for the Nature walk in Bigodi swamp. Here you will enjoy various bird species and also other primates. Bigodi is considered as a bird watchers paradise because of the very many bird species that can be viewed from the swamp. Dinner and Over night.

Day 8: Departure
Have breakfast, check out of the lodge and transfer back to kampala connecting to Entebbe for your return flight.
